I have spent so many years trying to figure it all out with the hope that one day I would find lasting peace and happiness

only to discover… that all I really know is what's right here, right now. Nothing lasts, and all things will change. Life has 

become a free fall and I know that I don't know what is next… even if I try to plan it out. What I have learned is: to be 

wherever I am. No hiding. Tell the truth to myself and to others, at least then I am free. No secrets, no lies. No blame. When I am

afraid be willing to go even deeper into the fear… feel it fully… it's doesn't last very long because it's all part of the illusion!
